There was a huge 46-player turnout at this past Sunday's Westfield Quads. Bill Freeman, playing his first tourney in some 20 years, won the top group ahead of Mark Kernighan, Peter Radomskyj & Greg Nolan.
I tuned-up for the upcoming Kenilworth & Checkmate Championships (wish they weren't being held concurrently) by going undefeated in quad 5 but finished 2nd to Eve Zhurbinskiy.
