Much of the content uploaded to
this blog & several others that I (John Moldovan) author, is stored on the Kenilworth Chess Club's web site.
I
received access to Kenilworth's site in September 2006, have been
allowed to use it for 8+ years, without objection from 4 other Presidents, club officers, trustees or
members, and hope that arrangement remains in place.
If it does not & my access is cut-off, I will demand removal of my intellectual property.
The Kenilworth Chess Club does not own content that I have created for
the Chess Coroner blog, Garden State Chess League blog, Chess Mates blog and KCC Tournaments blog. The content includes, but is not limited to, annotated games and related files.
